Life and Light Counseling

Supervision

I am a board approved supervisor for post degree licensure track individuals working towards the LPCC credential. I provide individual and group supervision. I utilize the 7 Eye Model of supervision (Hawkins & Shohet) and incorporate wholistic wisdom, somatic psychology, neuroscience, and liberatory models (feminist, queer, critical, multicultural) of thinking. Group supervision requires at least 2 or more people and is usually for 2 hours. Individual supervision is always an hour long.

Presentations

I enjoy doing presentations and workshops on topics related to mental health, multicultural counseling, energy psychology, education, and psychological trauma. Please contact me for details.
